Begin your session with 45 minutes of private yoga instruction.
Focus your mind;
Your private yoga session is created to your individualized needs while allowing you to explore the edges of your practice with guided instruction. Once complete move onward to a deeper level of relaxation as you begin your 45 minute Massage Therapy session.
Taking advantage of your body’s heat and relaxed mental state of mind. This session will move you to a deeper level of relaxation and allows for the application of a deeper muscle therapy working out tight or symptomatic areas.
